News for Immediate Release - Upper Providence Township, Montgomery Co., PA - February 28, 2017 The location of polling place for Upper Providence Mont-Clare, has been changed. Instead visiting Upper Providence Township Hall, voters will now cast their ballots at the Valley Forge Baptist Temple located at 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA 19426. Notice is given by the Montgomery County Board of Elections.
