Boot Camp for Women - Philadelphia Epic boot camp for women

This has become the hottest fitness craze; join the Adventure Boot Camp for three, four or five days a week. Start times are 5:30 a.m, 9:30 a.m., and 6:30 p.m. in Black Rock Park. The training will include sports nutrition to help women achieve their fitness goals.
