Libraries
Two libraries serve Upper Providence residents—the Royersford
Public Library and the
Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library. The
Montgomery County Bookmobile also visits the township.

Monday through Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Royersford Public Library hosts a variety of programs for children and families.

Montgomery County’s free traveling library, the Bookmobile,
stops close to Upper Providence in Collegeville, Oaks, and Trappe.
Call Bookmobile Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for
information and schedules.
For Seniors
The Montgomery County Mini Bookmobile visits nursing homes, apartment
complexes and senior adult activity centers throughout Montgomery
County, offering regular and large print collections, talking
books, and reference services.
Books by Mail
The Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library also will mail
homebound and long-term convalescents books and to their homes,
postage free. Please call Extension Services at 610-278-5100 Ext. 122.
