Upper Providence Township provides many community-wide special events open to all ages, including:
EGG Hunt - The annual egg hunt will be Saturday, March 27th, 2010 and a rain date April 3rd, 2010, in Black Rock Park. Children up to 8 years old are invited to join us from 9:00 am and stay to have their picture taken with "Bunny." There is no cost to participate in the event, please don't forget your basket and camera!
Bus Trips
The Recreation Department offers fun bus trips year round to many popular locations and events. This year we’re planning trips to Atlantic City, N.J., Washington, D.C., New York City, Gettysburg, and more. Bus trip details.
The 25th Annual Montgomery County Senior Games will be held the week of May 10th through May 14th, 2010. The Montgomery County Senior games combines sports and recreation with fellowship among everyone involved. Events include basketball (foul shooting and hot-shot), stationary bicycle races, billiards, bowling, darts, golf, par 3 golf, horseshoes, running, swimming, and more. Read More
