In the early morning hours of July 4, 2017, more than thirty mailboxes belonging to Upper Providence Township residents were damaged. They were dented, cracked, or in some cases, knocked completely off their posts. A tip from a local citizen indicated the actors were three white males between the ages of 16 and 20. They were riding in a late 1990s or early 2000s four-door sedan. The vehicle was dark in color and had a loud muffler.
