As luck would have it, while the Township Fire Engine #93 was out of service having its annual maintenance performed; a vehicle fire was reported on Route 422.
As luck would have it, while the Township Fire Engine #93 was out of service having its annual maintenance performed; a vehicle fire was reported on Route 422. Fortunately however, Township staff were operating one of the other Township owned fire engines that's normally housed at the Black Rock Volunteer Fire Company. Though this may seem odd, this setup of operating the BRVFC engine #99 is the typical contingency plan when when Engine #93 is out of service. The Royersford Fire Department is also responding to provide assistance.
