On July 1, 2023, Detective Sergeant Patrick Haines eclipsed 25 years with the Upper Providence Township Police Department. Chief Freeman presented Sergeant Haines with a plaque commemorating his tremendous accomplishment. Pat Haines began his career with UPPD in 1998 as a patrolman and then worked as a Detective for several years. In 2018, he was promoted to Detective Sergeant, overseeing the Criminal Investigations Division.
