Three public meetings are planned for Tues., Nov. 12 at the Upper Providence Township Building, Tues., Nov. 19 at the Pennridge North Middle School, and Thurs., Nov. 21 at the Upper Perkiomen Middle School. Doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
