During the April Board of Supervisors meeting, State Representative Joe Webster presented a Pennsylvania House citation to UPT resident Betsy Daley in honor of her late husband, Dan Daley.
Dan was a dedicated volunteer with the Schuylkill Canal Association and proudly served as the lock tender for Lock 61 on the Schuylkill River in Upper Providence Township. His contributions to the community and passion for preserving local history were deeply appreciated.
