NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Upper Providence Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting at 6:00 pm on March 11, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is (1) to restate and clarify the appointment of Rudolph Clarke, LLC to serve as special counsel to the Board of Supervisors on all legal matters related to applications filed for Parcel No. 61-00-01252-12-7 (aka Parkhouse); (2) to restate and clarify the appointment of Harris & Harris, PC to represent the interests of the zoning ordinance as it relates to the conditional use application filed by Royersford Holdings, LLC; (3) to appoint Richard C. Sokorai, Esq. of High Swartz LLP to serve as hearing officer for the Royersford Holdings, LLC conditional use application; and (4) to reschedule the conditional use hearing for a future date to be set by hearing officer.
The meeting will be held at the township administration building, 1286 Black Rock Road, Phoenixville, PA.
