On October 20th the Board of Supervisors recognized former township supervisor and longtime resident Albert Vagnozzi (Al) with a plaque “…in grateful recognition of his instrumental role in establishing robust fire and emergency medical services for the residents of Upper Providence Township.”
“Through his leadership, forward-looking vision, and unwavering commitment to public safety, he helped turn a vital community need into a lasting reality—strengthening emergency services and safeguarding generations to come.”
The plaque will be permanently displayed in the vestibule of the Department of Fire & Emergency Services facility on Black Rock Road.

Thank you, Al, for your dedication to our community!
