According to the Spring City Police Department, "On August 19, 2017, the Spring City Police responded to 2 E. Bridge St, the Turkey Hill Convenience store. The captioned individual savagely beat a sixty year old man.The actor sucker punched the victim, knocking him to the ground unconscious then he beat the victim and fled before police arrival.
