NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PROVIDENCE MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA CONDITIONAL USE HEARING ROYERSFORD HOLDINGS LLC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Conditional Use Hearing will be held on behalf of the Upper Providence Township Board of Supervisors on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 6:00 PM, at the Township Administration Building, 1286 Black Rock Road, Phoenixville, PA, on the following application:
ROYERSFORD HOLDINGS LLC, seeking conditional use approval under the Upper Providence Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, pursuant to Section 300398.A.(3) (formerly Section 182-80.1.A.(3)) to permit a residential care facility for senior citizens consisting of 1,203 dwelling units including single-family detached, single-family attached, apartments, and senior apartments. The subject property is bordered by Black Rock Road, Old State Road, Yeager Road, and Second Avenue, Tax Map Parcel No. 6100-01252-12-7, Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, and within the OSCOpen Space Conservation District and subject to the IN-Institutional Overlay District.
The application is available for review at the Township Administration Building, 1286 Black Rock Road, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
